From One Man's Passion to a Family Legacy

The Coffee Master story began with our father — a man whose passion for coffee was matched only by his determination to perfect it.

Originally a farmer and later a commercial shipping captain, his journey eventually brought him to Australia, where his love for food, hospitality and exceptional espresso inspired a new ambition.

He remembered the rich aroma, bold character and full-bodied flavour of the espresso he had enjoyed back home. Yet finding that same authentic experience proved challenging.

Rather than settle for anything less, he set out to create it himself.

Drawing upon his agricultural knowledge, mechanical expertise and natural understanding of flavour, he began exploring the intricate art of coffee roasting. Through years of experimentation, refinement and dedication, he developed a distinctive roasting approach that captured the richness, balance and intensity he had been searching for.

What began as one man's pursuit of the perfect espresso became the foundation of Coffee Master — a family business built on craftsmanship, authenticity and an enduring love of coffee.

Today, that same passion continues to guide everything we do.
